FAQ

I used my Go-To card to pay for my ride, but don't see my points on my account. Why?

There is a 5-7 business day delay between the time you use your Go-To card and the time you will see your points for that ride.

I liked a post on social media. Why haven't I received points?

The points awarded for social media interactions take a little time to display. Please allow up to one day for the points to be distributed correctly.

I'm not seeing my correct ride time under the Events button.

Try shifting over to different buttons (Earn Points, Prize Store, or Settings), then click back to Events to try and refresh. OR Uninstall and re-install app. Your points and history will travel with you.

I rode the bus, why weren't any points awarded to me?

You will need to open the SW Rewards app when you're at any one of our SouthWest stations. There are two means to check you in. GPS will see that you are at a Station and the app will check you in. We also have beacons set up at each station and they will read your location, allowing you to check in when you're there.

I didn't get automatically checked in at the SW Station. How do I check in?

Be sure your Bluetooth is on. Open the app when you arrive at a SouthWest station. The application should automatically check you in - please be patient; check-in could take a moment. We have beacons set up at each station and they will read your location, allowing you to check in when you're there.
